COLLECTION, USE, DISCLOSURE & RETENTION OF INFORMATION. We gather or may gather certain information about your use of our site, such as what areas you visit and what services you access. In addition, there is information about your computer hardware and software that is or may be collected by us. This information can include without limitation your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Web site addresses. When a user signs up for a service or purchases a service we may request that you provide personal information, including your name, address, e-mail address, work history, educational history, location preferences, desired work status, licensure and employment eligibility as well as your resume for our database. The information you provide may be used to create an online, searchable profile that can be accessed by the employers who advertise, post positions and have database access to the peoplemenders site. We use such information to provide 1) information in the aggregate to provide to our advertisers 2) to provide to our site developers to help us determine what is most beneficial for our users, and how we can develop a better overall website for our users; and 3) to inform you of any job opportunities that may be of interest to you or to provide information regarding your account or other information that will assist you to find employment. We also provide you with two options with respect to privacy when you register on peoplemenders.
1. You can store your résumé in our database for the purpose of applying for jobs, in which case such application constitutes a release of all your personal information to peoplemenders.
2. You can store your résumé in our database and allow it to be searchable by peoplemenders for the purpose of allowing peoplemenders to act as a recruiter on your behalf. In this case, peoplemenders will have access to all of the information you provided to register on peoplemenders, including but not limited to your contact information, work history and educational history.
We will only use, disclose and communicate your personal information if required to do so by the law including by an order of the court.
Your job application history is retained on our system. You are able to see your job application history for six months, to enable you to see which jobs you have recently applied for. Only you personally and peoplemenders employees are able to see your job application history. Should you choose to remove your résumé from our database or close your peoplemenders account, we will remove your résumé, and peoplemenders profile information from our externally visible system. Please note that a copy of any information that you have provided may remain in back-up storage for some period of time after your deletion request. This may be the case even though no information about your account remains in our active user databases and is not visible to yourself or to subscribing employers.
We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to peoplemenders, such as service announcements, changes that affect your use of the website, administrative messages, information about specific job opportunities, and the peoplemenders weekly newsletter that are considered part of your peoplemenders account, without necessarily offering you the opportunity to opt out of such communications.
Should you choose to submit feedback to peoplemenders, such feedback becomes our property and we can use such feedback (such as job seeker testimonials) for marketing purposes or to contact you for further information.

ANONYMOUS BROWSING. You can use our Site without revealing any information about yourself. In this case, we gather or may gather certain information about your use of our Site, such as what areas you visit and what services you access. Our web server may collect the following information about your computer hardware and software: IP address, domain name, browser type and version, operating system type and version, the referring web site, the web site you visit next, and access times.
This information is used to evaluate different aspects of the peoplemenders Site, including monitoring Site performance for systems administration purposes, improving the functionality of the Site, and reporting aggregate information to our clients and prospective customers (e.g. how much traffic we get to the Site). Statistics about traffic patterns and Site usage are reported on an aggregate basis only and do not include any personal information that identifies individuals.
UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION. You can review, correct, update or change your account profile information at any time. Simply log into your peoplemenders account, review your account information and, if you wish, edit it with the options provided. If you have forgotten your password or user id, if you require assistance using the Site, or if you decide that you no longer wish to receive any updates from peoplemenders please contact our Career Services Department at or send an email to Career@peoplemenders.com. It may take up to 10 days for a removal of a request to be processed. If you opted to receive Job Alerts, newsletters or other communications from peoplemenders at the time you registered, but subsequently change your mind, you may opt-out by editing your account profile as described above or by contacting our Job Seeker Consultants. If you previously opted not to receive such communications, you may later opt-in by editing your account profile. peoplemenders also reserves the right to de-activate or delete a job seeker account at our discretion.
CHILDREN. peoplemenders is not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
