Position Title

Office Manager II - PCC - OLV Family Care (MHB)

Position Overview

OFFICE MANAGER II PCC (OLV FAMILY CARE): Oversees and is responsible for the day to day operations, focusing on staff relationships, customer services and financial management for multiple Primary Care Centers (one 20 to 29 providers and/or equal of greater than 4 specialties).

REPORTS TO:
Clinical Coordinator and/or Director of Primary Care, in conjunction with Administrative Director of Primary Care Centers and Primary Care Medical Director of Site.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Medical Office Assistant, Service Representatives, Office Clerk, Transcriptionist, LPN, RN

SKILL AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS (MINIMUM):

EDUCATION:
- Associates Degree strongly preferred.

EXPERIENCE:
- One (1) to three (3) Years Private office experience in one of the following - Internal Medicine, Pediatrics or Family Practice required.
- CPT Coding knowledge and medical terminology required.
- Supervisory experience a plus

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to adapt to various software applications as necessary.
- Prior experience with computerized scheduling applications a plus.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills
